We assure you that this change will not impact your product experience, and no action is required on your part.
You can respond to tickets coming in from Twitter, with the Freshdesk Android app. If you haven't already connected your company's Twitter account to Freshdesk, you can do so by logging into Freshdesk on the web, and going to the Social tab.
For any Twitter ticket, you can choose to post a response either as a Direct Message (DM) or as a Mention:
You will also be notified of the character limit, in the reply editor, when you are replying to tweets.
