Season's greetings from Freshworks :)  You can now enable the Holiday theme from Freshdesk. 

The Holiday theme is not available for Freshdesk accounts on trial and for accounts on the Sprout plan that don't have access to the agent portal branding. 

Here's how you enable it,

  • Go to  Admin > Account > Helpdesk Settings

  • Click on Edit Branding under Agent portal

  • Click on "Enable theme" to preview how it will look like. Make sure you hit Save. 

  • Your agents will have to refresh the page to see the theme.

You can always go back to the agent portal settings to remove the theme.
