One of the reasons we use gmail (google apps) is that it has an UNDO SEND button (through google labs): you can un-send an email for a maximum of 30 seconds after pressing send. This has saved us many times when we hit sent to soon. When I show people my undo send in gmail, they always go: OH MY GOD! I NEED THAT!
I would love to see this feature in Freshdesk. I don’t think any competitor has it yet and I am sure everybody Freshdesk user would love this feature. Once you had it you can't live without.
@Kyle, You can be assured that the customer would receive only one email after you use the 'Undo Send' option. The reply that you had typed in previously would disappear from the UI in sometime.

@aravind, I'm actually talking about not using the 'Undo Send' option. So, when I send a message and then get out of that screen, I can go back into that same message and it will show up twice. Making it seem that it sent twice to the customer. The 'Undo Send' button is actually not pressed in this case.

@Aravind, how we can enable this feature in our Freshdesk service desk?

@Aravind Could you please enable this feature on our account as well?

We noticed that with the Undo Send enabled and using the Dropbox App, the attached Dropbox items are stripped off the outbound email.
