Hello,
You can use automation rules (Dispatchr for incoming tickets) to set watchers for tickets assigned to a specific group. Here's how you can set up the rule:
Conditions: Group is XXXX
Actions: Add watcher -> Agent A

It is nice to be able to set watchers on individual tickets, but is it possible to set watchers for every ticket assigned to particular agents/groups?
