Sorry for now, we are not allowing this in the editor but I will raise this with the team and bring this as an enhancement to the editor.
Not sure on an ETA, but we will see if this is an easier fix or will take sometime

Sorry but it's a big problem for us, a long mail with a lot of question should be quoted like netiquette suggests!
Without this my company can't choose Freshdesk.
I see very few people are wont to quote and respond for points :-\

I agree. Really lacking the ability to quote.
