There are several Google integrations, as well as Dropbox, so how about Google Drive (Google Docs)? We use Google Drive to store important documents, collaborate and keep information updated. It would be great to be able to import documents, have direct links, maybe have a Freshdesk folder in Google Drive, export ticket details, customer survey data, etc. to a document, spreadsheet or other format.
Also, it would be nice to be able to choose what documents, contacts, calendar events are private, and which are visible to all agents.
To our enterprise is very important all Google integration, because we acquire a pro plan. We know the Dropbox integration, but everybody know that the space is more expensive than Google. We hope that Freshdesk team, think in other persons that have good trademarks and no commonly.

Thank you for taking the effort to reach out to us. The Google Drive integration is not in our priority list right now, however we could consider taking it up in the future.
