When replying to a ticket using the mobile version os Freshdesk, the signature is not included in the end of the message. Would be great if this is possibly, because our team works almost all the time on the streets, so they use mobile phones a lot to give support.
We've missed to update this thread for some reason! Sorry about that! Agents will get to see their configured signature in the reply window in both iOS and Android apps.

HTML signatures still don't work in the mobile app. I attempted to create a workaround by making an email template with my signature only, but when I try to use it on the mobile app my signature still does not appear. Uniformity is important for a company's brand. When will this be fixed so we have consistency in our brand image no matter which way we access Freshsales (browser or mobile app)?
