Asana.com is has become the heart of our business. Almost everything we do goes through it. If Freshdesk integrated with Asana, it would easily move to the top of our list of potential helpdesk providers.

Is the number of tickets per month an absolute total or the likely amount we'd want to push to Asana? For example we get around 2-300 tickets in total a month, but are looking to push about 10-20 to Asana
