This could also be made possible if we were able to have a dispatch’r rule that said “If comment content contains XXXX” and we could set up our own commands and rules. That might be a quicker fix and you wouldn’t have to bake in the extra functionality to the core product.

Another leading helpdesk solution offers the ability to resolve, close, spam, etc tickets by including a special keyword anywhere in the body of your response, such as: #resolved
This would be an awesome addition to help prevent us from having to jump into the web interface just to close a ticket.
