I would like to be able to hide the customer satisfaction responses from the agents. I do not want the agents seeing a negative review as it could change their attitude towards that customer. As the manager I would like to review them with the agent if necessary.
It may be better to have the option to turn this on or off. Personally I think it is good for my agents to see their feedback.

Apologies for the delay in getting back.
We currently do not have the option to hide the survey responses from the agents. However, we are happy to take this to our product managers and explore the possibilities of this feature being picked up.
