It would be great if we could use placeholders within Solution articles. We have a product that is branded differently for different markets. Customers overseas will log in to their own portal branded up, but i want to avoid duplicating all of the solution articles and simply replacing the product name.

We also use solutions to have internal tips for our agents to resolve typical problems.
For example: In ticket number 10 I have a problem and in order to correct this problem I need to run some queries.
I create a solution to my agents with this procedure. And I want to use Placeholders to have the ticket URL for example.
