We've got a requirement for this now. Listing all tickets and inspecting linked Jira issues. Is this feature on the roadmap?

This is a big requirement for us. We would love to build our own integrations with the Freshdesk API, but the lack of Jira details makes this impossible. We could save our customer success team tons of time and resources with that level of detail, but's just not available for some reason.
