I have been trying out the trial version since last 2 days and I must say it is very easy to set up, intuitive
In order for me to convince my colleagues, I would like the following features
a. active directory integration - some way for our Microsoft Exchange/Outlook email ID, phone#s etc to be automatically loaded as Customers
we do not want to create a .csv file to load contacts
