We use Harvest for time reporting but for each and every ticket we need to set Client, Project, and type of activity (which always is "support"). Each time we have to set all 3 values. As a result we have stopped using the integration.
My feature request:
For each company in Freshdesk - save Client, Project, and Type in Harvest. If no Project is set... then fine - but as we often have 1 customer working with 1 project... it should be possible to include Project on the Company page in Freshdesk. It would save 3 selections for each ticket.
