5 years later. Start and Stop timer is still not in the mobile app. This is beyond ridiculous! Seriously, of all of the customers that Freshdesk has, either my company is in the minority, or they simply don't care that the timer is important.

I'm looking at the latest feature update email and, through a stream of tears, I see that after five long years this feature has been added. I am overcome.
