Hey Saverio - The Facebook notifications are primarily to indicate any new Likes on your page (other than to notify on new posts and comments). Since the posts and comments are already coming in to Freshdesk, with email notifications going out to agents, we will not be taking this up.
If there was another use case for which you needed this, please let me know.

I also think this would be of value - for marketing and customer engagement purposes, it would be great if all notifications from a company's Facebook page came through to Freshdesk. This means more than just comments and direct messages, but likes and shares - so we can see who is engaging with our page and then make contact with them if need be. If Freshdesk is capturing some of these notifications, why can't it catch them all?
