I think the notification email could appear into activity tab of ticket
Hello,
Freshdesk now alerts you on undelivered emails via in-app and email notifications. This helps the agent to quickly track down the reply and resend if needed. As long as you don't see the failure icon on the reply, you can be assured that the email was successfully delivered to the client's server.

Hi,
I would like to verify that an email was sent (or wasn't) to my users.
This can be done as some kind of a log that shows me the subject and email and time.
