For example adding the ability to set more ticket attributes (priority, status, agent). Also the ability to notify an agent when a note is created via Zapier would be great to see!

Agreed Zapier needs to be updated now with some of the newer API endpoints available.For example, add to Actions:- "Update" Actions not just "Create" for things like Contact, Company, Ticket
- Create Outbound emailAlso support for Custom Fields in all Create and Update actions and triggers too
Arggh, just ran into this exact issue - have Company information in a CRM which I want to propagate to FreshDesk whenever a Company record is created or updated in the source CRM.
Only Zapier action currently available is 'Create Company'. Why no Update action? (I could also see us possibly want to update an existing Contact in FreshDesk as well.)
