We can do all we need to do with Freskdesk to support our internal users and our clients, and we can track billable time as well, but we can't export that time to QuickBooks Online. In order to replace our old ticketing system 100% we need to be able to bill per hour and track those hours in Freshdesk.
QuickBooks Online is dead or dying. Long live hosted solutions! But please make them talk to each other.
