I would like to request a couple of enhancements for FreshFone.
1) Send an email when a voicemail is left. This could possibly be handled by automatically raising a ticket when a voicemail is left. (NB: I actually asked for this 5 months ago here but that post has not received any response)
2) Allow a call to be transferred to a specified number if:
