Hello, we need two improvements in freshdesk:
1- Custom Reports
2- Custom Dashboards
The idea is that I can put together my own views.
This was actually something we were promised to have available at the end of Q1 when we signed up late 2014. Looks like this is an issue FD is not following up on.
We are an MSP and need to have customers able to create and view asset reports. We also need to create our own custom reports
The ability to build custom reports is available with the Ticket properties export feature. You can define a set of metrics to be added to the report file and also schedule it to occur on a timely manner.
