After reviewing the Slack integration documentation, it seems like the only way to create a new ticket from a Slack slash command is from within a DM.
Our users are very attached to @naming us in our company-public #it-support Slack channel and it would be super awesome (super-fresh even) if we could use slash commands to create tickets.

Also can a user (that is not a FReshdesk agent) create a ticket using the /create_fd command? We have people (developers) that only use slack and they want to create a ticket on daily bases that concerns our customer service.
