When creating a ticket with API (https://freshdesk.com/api#ticket_attachment) what is the max size for the attachment in MB? I'm currently getting an error when trying to creating a ticket with an attachment that is 14 MB.
The total size of all attachments should be less than 15MB. Are you creating the ticket with more than one attachment?
No, it's with only one attachment. Currently we find that creating tickets with attachment with size 7 MB works fine, but when the attachment is 8 MB we get an error.
We've recently increased the incoming attachment size limit from 15MB to 20 MB. We support upto 30MB of the total email size ( including the attachments ) for incoming emails.
Is the increase in production already ?
