When transferring a call, it would be useful if you could speak to the person who the call is being transferred to, prior to the transfer itself. This feature could be applied to both agent / external transfers and the caller would be put on hold during this process.
I had a look around the forum in regards to this enhancement but have not found anything on the subject yet.
