We have two Shopify accounts, one for the US/$ purchases and the other for Europe/€. At the moment only one of those accounts can be integrated to Freshdesk, but it would be important for us to have both accounts as we had when we used Zendesk.
Good news. You'd now be able to integrate multiple Shopify accounts in Freshdesk if you're on the new Mint interface. You can read this self-help article to know more about the integration.
