Do freshdesk allow the arcade point also apply on customer as well?
Agent might have limit time to reply and answer, but some customer willing to provide answer or feedback to other existing as well.
I am thinking could provide point to customer as reward, on the same time also encourage other customer willing to helping each other.

Classification would be intern for instance. Only viewable by Agents. Customer would be awarded at the end of the month, the year...
