We need all Contacts from a Company to see ALL tickets from that Company.

Go to Contacts - Edit Contact - Check Box to see all tickets.
I agree there should be the choice when creating the contact.

In the new MINT interface, the quick create option to create a contact opens up a slider on the screen and you'd be able to fill in all details related to the contact. This eliminates the need to navigate to the contacts page to create a new contact.

Is the checkbox option available for all Plans? I don't see this option on the Contact Edit screen. We are using Blossom.
@Sean: The design has changed a bit and it is no longer a checkbox. You'll find a ticket icon next to the company and clicking on that does the job.

When I am using Quick Create to create a new Contact, I would like to set the "Can see all tickets from this company" checkbox to true. Currently it's not an option on the Quick Create form, so I either have to edit the Contact after (because it defaults to false) or use the New Contact form.
We always allow contacts to view other tickets from their company...it reduces duplicate requests.
