I am using Freshdesk Widget in my applications and it is the perfect helpdesk service. I'd like a feature request with respect to the widgets in the way that just like when we change the ticket fields in the freshdesk portal and it get reflected in the widget, it would be nice if the whole widget is saved as say "Widget 1" and can be changed in the portal to get it reflected in the application. By doing this it could save a lot of time. It could help change the look and feel of the widget and don't worry about coding it again in the application and pushing it to production. Kindly think upon this and do let me know what you guys think.
Thank you for your suggestions about the product. Recently, we've launched a new help widget in Freshdesk. With the help widget, you can choose to show a simple form with fields like the name, email, subject, and description. You can also choose to show a form with all the ticket fields that you’ve set up in admin > ticket fields.
Any changes that you make to your ticket fields are automatically updated on your website. You can also customize the appearance of the widget to match your brand without having to change the code. You need to embed the codeonly once on your website. Any changes you make to the widget is automatically updated from then on.
