I have some clients reporting that would be interesting to have more than one active satisfaction survey at the same time, it is now possible to create multiple satisfaction surveys, but only one active.
It would be interesting to be able to create a satisfaction survey and link it with a product, or a group, or type, to be triggered specific satisfaction surveys based on any of the items mentioned above.
Are there any plans to support this? Having more than 1 survey is necessary for different types of projects.

We do have options of sending out surveys based on groups. SurveyMonkey - a powerful CSAT application can be integrated and we can choose to configure the CSAT for respective groups. For products , type etc. , you may configure the Ticket Update automation and insert the link from SurveyMonkey. Apart from that, we now have multilingual surveys in place that can send out surveys based on the requester's language. However, multiple surveys being triggered at the same time is currently not an option.
