I just came back from the Netherlands, and it's amazing to see most stores already offer whatsapp support and not only that, people are using it like crazy (some stores do 10 to 20% of their support over whatsapp now, in 1-2 months time).
I hear it's already very big in latin America and Asia as well.
Here in Germany, I also see it's coming up.
Therefore I think it would be great to get this into native Freshdesk asap. Thanks!

For WhatsApp Integration, integrate your business number with your Freshdesk account and support customers over WhatsApp. This app for Freshdesk enables you to convert your one-on-one conversations including images or GIFs on WhatsApp into tickets and handle them from your Freshdesk helpdesk with ease.
Note: Access to WhatsApp Business API is necessary for this integration. Please fill in this form if you wish to try this integration out. Feel free to write to firstname.lastname@example.org if you require assistance in the approval process.
Once the approval is provided, you can install the app from the Freshdesk marketplace to integrate and convert your messages into tickets.
