Currently the rating scale always goes from bad to good (1 to 5, 1 to 7, etc). There should at least be the option to have it go from good to bad (5 to 1, 7 to 1, etc).
It is a psychological thing, but members are more likely to give false negative feedback when it is rated bad to good.

Thanks for spotting it, @Charlie. You'd now be able to change the order of the ratings in the survey attached to a ticket. Move over to Admin->Satisfaction survey section if you'd like to make this change.
