Export and Import would be great.
Yes, I agree! Having the ability to view, edit and import back into Freshdesk would be a big time saver. We have recently taken over this ticketing system and are working to clean and refine many areas of it. One of my big frustrations is that I must look at each item, one by one, be it canned responses, SLA's, etc.which i find is very inefficient.

Being able to Import/Export from cloud software is a must have functionality I believe.
An API is great, but it takes a lot of expertise to pull of automation using API. However with the rise of software like Google Sheets, custom tools can easily be created and powerful automation is possible using Google Sheets providing there is the ability to Import/Export into other applications, such as Freshdesk.
Just give us Import/Export and then we do solve so many other problems ourselves, rather than waiting for Freshdesk to include every possible feature.

YES!!! Very surprised that there is no way to review/edit in bulk. Drilling into every canned response is painful and a complete waste of time for a platform that is supposed to save time.

We haven't worked on the import/export option for the canned responses. I'll pass on the idea to the product team and see if I can get this added to the development scheme of things. I'll post an update here as soon as I hear back from them.

The canned responses feature is great! But our list of canned responses is growing. This brings these issues:
Having a way we can easily export or extract all the content easily, would help to manage the canned responses in a more professional way?
I noticed the API (v2) does not allow for extraction of this data too.
