Sorry for the pretty late reaction on this. Are you referring to the new support request form that the users can use to raise support tickets? If yes, the option to add attachments is already available on the new ticket form ( that's how we refer )

I believe you are referring to adding attachments in Canned forms. This seems to be an interesting ask.
