GitHub we use 'issues' to track changes in the systems, as requested by customers through the open tickets. It would be interesting if there was an integration of the 'issues' at GitHub and the FreshDesk Tickets.
We have the same problem. I've been assured by Freshdesk customer support that the new Github integration will be available in February 2019.
In the meantime they have reverted us to the old UI until the integration is ready.

@Joshua, yes, they reverted our account back to the old UI today (5th Feb 2019).
I just had to clear all freshdesk.com cookies then I was back on the old UI.
Others on the team had to click their profile icon, go to profile settings and select the option to go back to the old UI.

If we don't get a solution quickly we will have to move to a different helpdesk solution!

There's a 3rd party git integration for Mint available now. Has anyone tried to get it installed? I keep running into errors and freshdesk support has pointed me to the 3rd party who has so far been non-responsive.
