When a comment is posted on a Facebook visitor post, we are unable to reply to the actual comment itself. Instead we have to add a completely separate reply and it makes us look like we have no technical know-how.
Can we get this extremely basic feature implemented so we can carry a public conversation on Facebook?
You'd be able to respond to a comment from Freshdesk using the Facebook integration. Please note that Facebook allows only inline responses to the first comment on the thread. If you try to reply to a comment that's inline of another comment, the reply would get threaded to the original comment.
