We have a problem with Freshdesk when we use Images
but when i received the mail in Outlook and Gmail, the image is not visible

The problem is the same. We always had this bug.

This certainly is not an issue with Freshdesk and it can be caused by a setting in Outlook that prevents the images from loading up . For more information , read : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2638687/pictures-cannot-be-displayed-and-are-shown-as-red-x-in-outlook
