A new agent has received the verification email and clicked it to verify, however when I go to view his profile it says: Email has not been verified for this agent! Send activation email
Why isn't he verifying?
That's quite strange. Does the agent get any error message on the screen? Was he able to login to the helpdesk after verifying his email?
It has come right now. Just seem to take a few hours to reviser his verification for some reason.
