Is it possible to perform a search by the subject with the API?
Search through Subject is not available in Freshdesk API. To know the different parameters based on which you can filter tickets, please visit Filter tickets API.
Searching ability from the REST API has been requested by your users more than 4 years ago, and it is still in the road map? Such a basic and essential need?

I think Freshdesk need to improve their search API. It's really important to search by requester email and subject, it's like a basic thing to have.
