I'd like each ticket that's started to have an automatic, unique identifier, like a number so that we can track them throughout the system.
What's a simple way to do this?
What is wrong with the ticket ID? It is assigned automatically, it is unique, and shows in e.g. exports. With the last few updates of Mint it has become less visible, but it is still there.
Sorry, yes, that's fine. In a discussion with my co-worker he made it look like there wasn't an automatic ticket number which seemed crazy to me. It's all good.
We can file this under stupid questions. :)
