Hello I'm using the Google Drive Intégration on my freshDesk Account.
The app is working well on the agents account, but when I'm log with a customer account the Drive icon is not available.
Please can you tel me if this is normal or if I have miss something.
The Google Drive integration works well with the agent interface but at the moment, the users won't have the option to insert files using Drive on the new ticket form. I'll talk to the team to see if we have this up in our alley.
