One: The feature have the limit to create two dynamic forms. The app does not have the notify when you create more than 2 dynamic ticket and you dont know if its a problem or if its a normal funtion of the platform.
Two: Usually, we need more than 2 dynamic forms, so would be great if we can create 4 at less.
You can create upto two dynamic sections of fields in Freshdesk. It can either be based on the default type field or any custom dropdown field that you create.
While it's not possible to create 4 sections of dynamic fields by default, we can still work on customising the portal and create the dynamic sections with the help of some HTML and jQuery. It is possible with the portal customisation feature in the Estate plan and it works on the new ticket page of your end user portal. Let me know if you're interested in exploring this option.
