hello, i start to build the users portal of my freshdesk ticketing system... the company is from spain but the site have the english selected and i can´t to define by default the spanish.... i think is because spanish is the second language. is possible to change?? i have created some articles and i dont wan´t to lose info.
I don't have experience with changing the language, but we did start with a multi-language trial, then settled for one language, and have now gone back to multi-lingual. We did notice a few things small things but nothing important. What you might find is that any contacts in the system have the wrong language (but you might not be able to see/change that).
I don't think you will loose KB articles, but the hierarchy might no longer be correct. So you might have to open each article and assign it to the correct category and folder again.
