Does anyone use Microsoft Flow with Freshdesk? We recently went live with our installation and looking for some help.
We are in the process of redesigning a paperless process in our customer service area. This would require a process that when a parent ticket is created that it will automatically create five child tickets in a closed state. When each of the child tickets is closed, we want to reopen the next child ticket in the process. This we are hoping to do through templates and does not require Microsoft Flow. However, where Flow comes into play is that we want to create paper and attach said paperwork to each ticket in the process. In addition, there is a chance that we will need to kick off a workflow for another system that we are using in another department.
