I have several emails that come in from various sources that are netsuite emails. The sources do not have their DKIM set up correctly and rather than having the sender change their settings I like to set up a dispatch'r rule that would change the requester email to the correct one. Is that possible?
We have a similar issue with orders being sent from Xero, MYOB, Oracle ERP etc. As the email comes from a domain other than the actual customer my agents have to manually change the requestor every time. Unfortunately the email addresses used by Xero are identical for all of our customers so it's impossible to automate.

It would be good if the requester can change automatically by the phone number in the ticket body
