We've got an issue where a user will create a ticket with several people on CC.
When our agent replies, some of the CC:ed people are lost.
Please see the attached screenshot.
And no, the agent has not changed the CC field.
We have often experienced this issue as well. It seems to be more common on the Mint interface now as well.
We started seeing this also, just within the last few weeks.
We also experience this quite regularly, did anyone log a ticket with Freshdesk?
