Unable to create a Sandbox:
Due to a cache issue, a few Sandbox accounts were affected and they weren't linked to the parent account. Fixed now.
'Unresolved tickets' widget for the Sprout(Free) plan:
Users on the Sprout plan will now be able to quickly check the number of unresolved tickets in the helpdesk, right from the Dashboard screen.
Forums page is broken on the first load:
When you visit the forums page (as an agent), the left pane that lists all the categories and forums doesn't appear immediately. It required a page refresh to make it appear. Fixed now.
Whitelisted domain validator: Restrict your agents from adding unknown email addresses to a conversation and make sure they're responding only to contacts from whitelisted domains.
