I would like to be able to correct the Date and Time on Tickets when support was requested. I will often work in support issues and don't get a change to log the work done after it was been done, even the next day.
Even though i try hard to log any support done as it is requested, I often don't have time to record it then an there.

This would be handy to have on Notes as well.
