I am managing two Freshdesk accounts. Our company account (Acct A) and our client's account (Acct B).
I am trying to set up a rule with webhooks so that if we create a ticket in Acct A and list the client with Acct B on the ticket, then the ticket would also show in Acct B.
Is this possible and how would we go about creating the rule?
I have tried a few things already and have been unsuccessful.
