This would be very helpful. If not a parent-child relationship, having the ability to create company groups or add tags to company profiles would help.

I would also like to see this in a future release. We have distributors and they serve customers. Both submit tickets and it would be helpful to be able to link customers to the distributors and give the "parent" some ability to know their customers are having issues.

I agree with this!
Our use case is academic institutions. We usually sell to several Labs at the same University. They operate independently so we'd like to be able to track them at the Lab level, but also the University level.
