When I have one of my ticket views open, how do i tell one of the fields to exclude certain choices, instead of including all of the other ones? I want to exclude customers and/or requestors, but to include only the ones i want would be hundreds. I want to exclude one or two customers.
I want to find tickets with no customer and it can't be done. This feature would help or just to be able to enter None, in the company filter

This is definitely a needed feature. When I'm viewing tickets, I have close to 30 statuses I'd want to view at one time, and only 1 I don't want to see. To build a custom view where I need to include all of those different statuses to exclude 1 is an enormous waste of time. Having the ability to exclude a status would save massive amounts of time.
